Many gifts, hospitality, sponsorship or donations within the workplace can be manipulated to be seen as bribes.
Sometimes bribes can come in many different forms and can range from small “facilitation payments” down to items worth millions of pounds.
Penalties for breaking the law are severe, and the course explores the effects of doing so at a national, and international level.
This course will show you ways staff can reduce risks of bribery and look at how to work on anti-bribery and corruption policies.
