Disciplinary Procedures

Disciplinary procedures are in place to provide frameworks managers use to maintain standards. If standards of conduct are not adhered to, and require improvement, the disciplinary procedure gives a framework to deal with this.

The course initially looks at aims of the process, clearly discussing penalties along with possible consequences. Finally exploring how to hold a disciplinary hearing and using a case study as an example.
